Our apartment 4 is a studio-apartment on the second floor of the main building. This apartment is for four persons, with a double bed and a sleeping couch for 2 persons.

Further, in the apartment you find a couch, a dining table with chairs, possibilities for storing your luggage, a little kitchen with the utensils that you need and has of course a bathroom with shower. The television has Astra satellite programs. In the apartment as well as on the complete estate you have free wi-fi access. Of course the apartment has airconditioning. From the balcony you have the most fantastic view over the Adriatic see and the island Brač.

Deposit: 30% of total amount within 10 days, remaining amount upon arrival

Booking

After having made you reservation please transfer, within 10 days, a deposit of 30% of the total amount to our bank account. If no deposit has reached us within the requested time, your reservation will be cancelled. The rest sum to be paid cash upon arrival.

For cancellations, which has to be send to us in writing, until 60 days before arrival date we refund the prepaid amount. Cancellations later than 60 days before arrival date can not be refunded.

Note

Transfer from and to Split airport can be arranged upon request. Please contact us in due time before your arrival or departure.
